  1. Shipping Location: We currently offer shipping throughout India. We are working on expanding our delivery reach to more regions outside India in coming future.

  2. Processing Time: ​Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  3. Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on orders above ₹ 499/- | ₹ 99/- on orders below ₹ 499/-

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s journey.

  5. Packaging: We ensure your products are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. All our items are shipped in protective packaging to prevent any damages to your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Nebel, we take pride in delivering high-quality beauty products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below:

  1. Lost or Damaged items: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and assist you with a resolution.
     

  2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: 
    ✔ A return or exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
    ✔ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery (with proof provided).

     

  3. How to Request a Return/Exchange: 
    ✔ Email us at support@mynebel.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
    ✔ Share clear images of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    ✔ Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
